New clients are invited to send an inquiry through the contact form. I prefer to establish communication via my professional website because it keeps me organized! Established clients are welcome to call during business hours. You will receive an email response in about 24 hours. Please check your spam for her response- it is common for replies to be sorted away from your main inbox.

If my work is a good fit for your vision and budget, a contract and invoice will be sent to secure your time in the studio or on location. Sessions are not reserved based on conversations and the studio investment may change if you wait to book. Your non-refundable retainer or required investment is due when you schedule your appointment. Any remaining balance must be satisfied 48 hours prior to your session day. Studio sessions are availableMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm. Outdoor sessions may be reserved from Sunrise to 8:30 am or within two hours of sunset. Evening sessions are available and require adding a paid assistant. Here's the revised version with those details included:
Scheduling Your Session
I understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure the best experience, I ask that you choose a session date and time that you’re confident will work for you.
Why this matters:
Rescheduling multiple times can make it difficult to secure a spot that fits both your schedule and mine. Selecting a firm date helps me provide a smooth and stress-free experience. Sessions can be booked up to 5 weeks in advance, so please plan accordingly.
If you need to reschedule, it must be done within 30 days of the original appointment. After that, options may become limited or unavailable entirely.
Lastly
When your session is over, you will receive a soft gallery of proofs within 24 hours to review so that only the images that you truly love are selected for final retouching.
