Charleston environmental photography
Environmental photography offered by pink chair photography is currently suspended for the City of Charleston until further notice.
The City of Charleston board of tourism and livability is in the process of changing the ordinance involving still photography within City limits and at all parks.
A $250 permit is required to be requested no later than 2 weeks prior to any photography event in addition to a city of Charleston business license.
These changes among others make portrait photography very difficult to arrange and are not currently very clear. Failure to follow the current guidelines results in a $1,000 fine.
