Terms & Conditions: $250 of each session is the retainer. It goes toward your session total & is non-refundable/non-transferable. Each session type includes 5 digital images specific to the portrait style selected (simplicity, painterly, fantasy), followed by the option to add more portraits in the same style or a different one at the a la carte rate. Reshoots are not offered unless due to a verified technical issue. All edits are final; no additional re-edits will be made after delivery. Rescheduling must occur within 30 days of the original session; requests beyond this period will incur a $100 rescheduling fee. No-shows forfeit the retainer and must book a new session with a new fee. The Photographer retains the right to use all images for marketing in print or digital form, except for those containing nudity, which require explicit Client consent. Booking confirms acceptance of these terms.
