This studio operates in a shared space, so all appointments must be confirmed by phone to prevent double bookings. The 3-image Print Session includes files for social media use only and cannot be printed, while the 5-image Digital Session comes with a print release for any lab of your choice. A non-refundable $250 booking fee is required in addition to the collection investment listed below. The total amount is reflected in this invoice—no hidden fees or additional ordering appointments are necessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY: $250 of this fee is non-refundable in the event of a total cancellation.

PAYMENT POLICY: No images or products are delivered unless full payment has been received by the due date on the invoice.

INVESTMENT DETAILS: The investment covers the preplanning, time in studio, high end retouching for your 3 small resolution portraits, their matching matted 8x10 prints, boutique packaging and home delivery, or 3 digital only files in print resolution, private gallery hosting, online store access and image archive for 6 months. 9% state tax is added.

HAIR & MAKEUP: A list of hair and makeup artists for you to hire is available- due to time and space constraints these services must be obtained prior to your session off site, you must arrive photo-ready.

Rescheduling must be done within 30 days of your original date.

A LA CARTE PRODUCTS:

Additional portraits may be added during the review of your unedited proofing gallery for $190 each and are accompanied by the matching matted 8x10.

Additional printed art may be purchased directly from your edited proof gallery. Production times vary by product.

Please note:

Other photographers have booking privileges in the studio so consultation calls must precede payment to ensure availability. Once time has been confirmed available, full payment must be received to secure the appointment. No paid invoice means no appointment.

You will only receive the three images that you choose from your proof gallery but you may add images for purchase only during the review of your unedited gallery.

Unedited galleries are deleted after images have been selected for retouching.

Unedited images are never for sale.
